I was initially hesitant about the location of Pestana Palace, but the stunning beauty and excellent communication with the staff won me over. The palace atmosphere and elegant grounds were absolutely perfect. The spa and restaurant were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location turned out to be quite convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. a truly impeccable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful gardens. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they accommodated us with a room that had a view of the gardens. The pool is exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

The hotel rooms are in large modern wings and not in the actual palace building.

The castle-like hotel was stunning, with a beautiful garden and a gorgeous swimming pool. the old part of the hotel was breathtaking and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the friendly staff made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast served in a bright room was delicious. the hotel also offered Nespresso coffee service, which was a nice touch.

The shower in our room was a bit difficult to navigate as it was in a tub. It would have been convenient to have some salty snacks in the minibar.

The pools were clean, warm, and easily accessible. Breakfast had fresh and delicious options. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere and was a short ride away from central Lisbon. The service at the spa was superb, and the staff was friendly. The garden was a perfect combination of tranquility and city vibes.

Our stay at the Pestana Palace was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent beds. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast on the terrace. The selection was extensive, the service was great, and the food was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool, which had a lovely little bar for drinks. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Die Lage in einer sehr schönen Gegend war einfach perfekt, da wir alles leicht erreichen konnten. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war köstlich und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Der Pool und die Loungebereiche waren auch sehr schön gestaltet und luden zum Entspannen ein. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus war atemberaubend.

The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, with comfortable bedding. the staff were professional and personable. the spa and pool areas were surrounded by a lavish garden with a great array of flowers and plants. the breakfast selection was great. the restaurants and bar/lounge had gorgeous decor.

The hotel did not make any contingency plans for the taxi strike that was happening during my stay. There was a lack of communication from the management regarding the strike and no alternative transportation options were offered.

I had the most memorable stay at this luxurious palace. The location, perched on a hill above a charming neighborhood, offered breathtaking views of the city. The room, though basic, had all the amenities one could need and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was fabulous, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The beautiful indoor and outdoor pools were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

The only downside was the slightly strong morning coffee, but that's just a matter of personal preference.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. From helping me catch my early morning flight with a prepared breakfast to accommodating my last-minute request for an extra guest, they were always helpful and pleasant. The property itself is well-maintained and has beautiful gardens. The moment I arrived, I was in awe of the magnificent Portuguese tiled driveway and the marble entryway. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms had all the amenities I needed. The hotel also offered a wine tasting experience with Francisco, who not only educated us about Portuguese wines but also served delicious appetizers. The staff's friendly nature made my stay even more enjoyable, especially since I don't speak Portuguese.

Cons: the bar lacked cleanliness and could use some attention. this hotel provided exceptional service and left us feeling pampered.
